Hi Natalie, I tried your yummy tiffin recipe today. So easy! And so quick to make. I had to improvise a little. Not enough plain biscuits, so the last of the gingernuts got added. Still not quite enough, so a handful of shredded coconut to soak up the chocolatey goo. It is still setting in the fridge, but preliminary taste tests say that gingernut-coconut-chocolate tiffin is going to be rather yummy. Thank you so much for posting it 🙂
